Terms Trading is an Australian service that helps businesses open trade accounts. We are not affiliated with, and do not act for, the suppliers you name here. We will send each supplier you name an invitation that identifies your business by its trading name only. Nothing else you have given us — your contact details, your ABN, your address, or anything you have written about your relationship with them — is passed on until that supplier proves they are the business you named, by matching the ABN on their own registered account. If a supplier does not claim your nomination within 90 days, it is deleted. Your own details are deleted after 180 days if you do not come back. You can withdraw any nomination at any time, and we will not contact that supplier about you again.
